Where are your pads made?
Rainbow Girl is a homegrown Malaysian brand.
Our products are made by a certified manufacturer in China, so you can rest assured they’re safe!
What are your ingredients sourced from?
Our super absorbent polymers are sourced from Japan Sumimoto and our absorbent wood pulp is from USA.
Our skin-friendly 3D surface and smooth-flow diamond texture was produced and packaged in a SGS and FDA-approved certified
manufacturer in China.
What do your pads feel like?
Rainbow Girl sanitary pads are made for all-day comfort, especially for the girl on the go!
They are ultra thin (only 1mm thick), super absorbent, breathable and friendly on the skin, so you won’t feel any itchiness or irritation. Perfect for sensitive skin!
How often should I change my pad?
We recommend changing your pad every 2 to 4 hours, depending on your flow.
If you have a heavier flow, you can change it as frequently as you’d like.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Please contact us if you’d like to find out our postage rates.
My parcel arrived damaged.
First up, we’d like to apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please take a photo of the damaged parcel and send it to us. We will deliver a new parcel to you as soon as we can. For hygiene purposes, we recommend throwing out the sanitary pads that may have been exposed when the package was damaged.
How do I change the shipping address?
To change your shipping address, please contact our customer service at 017 800 8919.
When will I receive my products?
Delivery within West Malaysia generally takes 1 to 2 days. Orders shipped to Sabah and Sarawak will take 3 to 7 days.
Can I return my order?
Unfortunately, due to hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept returns one the order has been delivered.
